Direct Dimension, Inc. has operated in the trucking market for over 25 years, specifically manufacturing and distributing upper coupling systems which connect the trailer to the cab, often referred to as the “fifth wheel”.
We focus on three primary markets: (1) OEM couplings for major trailer manufacturers (2) Service center couplings for hundreds of local truck service facilities (3) With our own patented coupling system the Revolver® and Half Blue. Our proprietary coupling is a unique system that reduces friction by 75%, and improves safety with enhanced maneuverability, and provides a “green” alternative to traditional couplings.
All of our products are made in Crystal Lake IL, USA. Our 30,000 sq. ft. state of the art manufacturing facility, has allowed Direct Dimension to earn a reputation for high quality products with virtually zero returns. Our products utilize high grade steel, a continuous robotic weld process, while maintaining extremely tight tolerances and with certified quality inspections.
