Direct Dimension has proudly served the trucking and transportation industry for over 30 years. From our founding in Crystal Lake, Illinois, we’ve grown into a leading domestic manufacturer with a 30,000 square foot facility and an unmatched reputation for excellence.

Our Growth
What started as a small operation has evolved into a sophisticated manufacturing facility equipped with:
Plasma Cutting & CNC Machining
Precision components with tight tolerances for OEM manufacturers, including rapid prototyping and production runs.
Forming & Press Brake
High-tonnage forming capabilities up to 250 tons and lengths up to 12 feet, ideal for structural parts and precision brackets.
Advanced Welding
Skilled MIG welders certified for structural and high-load applications, complemented by robotic welding for efficiency and scalability.

Utilizing advanced CAD software, CNC programming, and robust quality assurance processes to ensure every component meets exacting specifications.
